FuturePeople is proud to be the recruitment partner to St George Bank; winner of the 2009 World’s Best Contact Centre Award. Over the past two years we have worked with St George, we have been successful in contributing to halving employee attrition levels which are now considered a best practice benchmark, as well as creating a Talent Mobility Model for the temporary workforce to serve as a talent pool for permanent vacancies and the larger organisation.
These results were achieved via customisation of a Talent Sourcing, Recruitment and Selection model utilising our Proprietary 8-Step Process futurefusion™. Here we run workshops with key stakeholders to articulate the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) so it can be communicated effectively to attract the best talent.
We invest time in developing ideal candidate profiles, that focus as much on motivational fit as they do competency. Next we devised an Assessment Centre program that included Job Role Simulations and a range of individual and team activities, to identify job role competence, as well as value alignment; focusing on Westpac/St George’s Mantra of ‘delighting’ customers.
Finally, we measure results by correlating job role success of new hires with scores in the assessment process and continuously refine assessment tools to predict on the job performance.
Providing comprehensive post placement support to the Temporary Workforce and proactively engaged in two way performance management with their immediate Managers, ensures maximum performance and effective communication.
