- Bank Details: Correct BSB number and account number, account name and bank name need to be given. We cannot be held responsible for mispayment due to incorrect details.
- Tax File Number (TFN): Every person working in Australia is required to obtain a TFN. If you don't have a TFN, the Australian Tax Office will deduct tax at 48.5% from your payments until you get one. To obtain a TFN, go to 'Getting a tax file number' on the ATO site: www.ato.gov.au/individuals. If you have applied for a TFN, you will still need to fill out the TFN form and indicate that you have already applied for one.
- Passport: If you are a non-resident of Australia, evidence of your right to work in Australia is required. Your original passport and visa sticker is required to be cited by your Employer prior to you being placed in Employment. Useful information on work rights for non-residents of Australia can be found at the Department of Immigration Website - www.immi.gov.au
- Photo ID: Upon registering with FuturePeople Recruitment, you will be required to present photo identification. This can be in the form of a Driver’s License, Passport or Proof of Age Card.
- Resume: Your resume detailing your employment history and skills will be required in order for your FuturePeople consultant to match your experience and skills to current and/or upcoming positions.
- References: Details of at least two employment Referees are required prior to engaging in temporary employment. Employment referees must be Managers who have supervised your work performance and have given permission to be contacted. Work telephone numbers are required for local Referees. Work email or fax details are required for overseas Referees.
