Emma has experience in boutique and large recruitment organisations, having started her career in a privately owned company before moving into a ASX listed company as a Business Unit Manager specialising in contact centre volume recruitment. Emma’s commitment to training and mentoring staff and a strong focus on client partnerships and value alignment, she successfully headed up a new division within a leading recruitment agency.

As Client Delivery Manager for FuturePeople Recruitment, Emma is accountable for service managing the service delivery team to deliver best practice recruitment solutions for our clients, which exceed their expectations. Her role spans people management and leadership, planning of client recruitment needs, crafting recruitment and assessment solutions and ongoing high level account management.
