Our Promise to you

Honesty & Integrity

Communication

  • We will return all phone calls and respond to all emails;
  • We will acknowledge receipt of every resume we receive and contact you within 48 hours should we require you to attend an interview;
  • We will outline our recruitment process and timelines in advance and advise you on how much communication you will receive; and
  • We will not waste your time by calling you about positions that do not suit your requirements.

 

Jobs

  • Jobs we advertise will be "open" jobs available to job seekers.
  • We will provide you with a realistic and accurate overview of available positions.
  • For shortlisted candidates, we will provide you with a detailed Candidate Briefing Sheet which accurately outlines the competencies, skills and attributes required for the role, company overview, position overview and any other pertinent information.
  • We will provide you with techniques on how to perform successfully in interviews.
  • We will advise you on how the interviews and hiring decisions will be made along with the selection criteria the client requires.
  • We will provide you with detailed feedback from any client interview you attend .

 

Post Placement

Once you are placed in a permanent role:

  • We will contact you on Day 1, end of Week 1, end of months 1, 2 & 3.

 

Once you are placed in a contract/temporary position:

  • We will contact you on Day 1, end of week 1 and fortnightly thereafter. We will either visit you onsite or contact you via telephone.

 

Confidentiality

  • We will not discuss your details with any clients unless you give us permission to do so.
  • We will not contact your referees unless you have given us permission to do so.

 

Recruitment Process & Timelines

Receipt of your resume

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your resume immediately via email
  • All applications are reviewed for suitability against the selection criteria for the specific role

 

Telephone Screening

  • Candidates who match the suitability against the selection criteria will be contacted within 24 hours, alternatively we may call you if we have other positions available
  • Telephone screening will include assessing your requirements, re-qualifying your work history, obtaining behavioural examples of key competencies, providing you with an overview of job role, client, company, career opportunities and availability.
  • We will qualify your motivation and interest in job role, agree to action, and provide time lines.
  • Timeline: Within 48 hours

 

Candidate Assessment

  • If we have a number of positions to fill we will conduct a Workshop (Assessment Centre). We will invite approximately 10 candidates to attend and you will be involved in a range of activities you will need to conduct individually as well as in a group setting. Here you will be able to showcase your skills and experience. Duration: Approximately 2-4 hours
  • If we are recruiting 1 to 2 roles for our client we will conduct a behavioural-based interview. This is a one-on-one interview with 1 of our Consultants where you will be asked to provide specific examples of your work experience in relation to each competency for the role.Duration: Approximately 1 hour
  • Timeline: Approximately 2 days from Telephone Screening

 

Candidate

  • If we determine you are suitable for the position and you are interested in progressing we will forward your details to our client. We will provide you with a detailed Candidate Briefing Sheet outlining details of the position
  • If you are attending a Workshop for a specific client the client may be in attendance at the Workshop too. Therefore they will have a say in who they wish to progress to shortlist stage.
  • Timeline: Within the 1 day from candidate assessment stage

 

Client Interviews

  • The client will determine which candidates they wish to see from the resumes we forward to them. We will advise you immediately on suitable interview dates and times.
  • Timeline: Within the 1 day from candidate shortlist stage

 

Candidate Feedback

  • We will gauge your feedback from the interview and also our client’s feedback. We will provide you with constructive, open feedback
  • Timeline: Immediately following client interview

 

Reference Checking

  • We will gain your authority to contact your referees, a minimum of 2 reference checks with direct supervisors of most recent employers
  • Timeline: Within 1 day of client interview

 

Job Offer Extended

  • We will confirm a Job Offer to you once reference checks are completed

 

Candidate Placement

Post Placement Care

  • We will contact you on Day 1, end of Week 1 and fortnightly for a contract/temporary role and on Day 1, end of Week 1 and Months 1, 2 and 3 for a permanent position.
